In your case, I did my best to market your property professionally and offer honest feedback to help position it competitively in the market. In fact, I brought a Full Price Offer… However, I want to respectfully note that certain requests you made after consulting with an attorney, would have required me to act in ways that could have violated Fair Housing laws, which I informed you about in writing. As a licensed professional, I am legally and ethically obligated to follow these laws without exception. I simply cannot jeopardize my license or compromise my values by participating in any discriminatory or non-compliant practices—regardless of the pressure or situation. My goal is always to act in the best interest of my clients within the boundaries of the law and ethical standards.
